How does your team make decisions?

Grow your business by designing from the data

We've all been there. We're staring a problem in the face and we keep having the same conversation. "What if we..." "Well, the director thinks we should..." "We tried something like that five years ago and..." Let's break the mold. Through this course, you'll learn how to develop a survey process with your team to gather data you can use. Bringing people into the process through research can transform the conversation. Engaging your team throughout the process helps them take ownership of the data and support a solution that aligns with the findings. Sounds like a win to me.
